Yu Tsai explores the Southwest Coast of Taiwan with special guest, food critic and writer, Liz Kao. They take the scenic route to the Jounan Salt Fields in Chiayi County, and meet with Mr. Tsai, a man who has dedicated his life to preserving the Taiwanese salt heritage. Yu Tsai gets a new taste of old memories at Mr Ou's Oyster Omelette and samples traditional Tainan delicacies like milkfish porridge and must try Tainan Eel noodles. Back in the kitchen, Yu Tsai gets inspired and prepares a Salt encrusted baked fish for his guests.
